Senior Tax Accountant; CPA

We’re looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to take a client leadership role in our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned CPA who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring talented professionals, and helping shape the direction of a growing firm.

This position is focused primarily on leading and serving an existing, well‑established client base. While business development is always welcomed, it is not a core expectation of this role.

• Serve as the primary advisor for an established portfolio of clients, providing high‑quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
• Work closely with firm leadership to implement best practices and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives.
• Engage in hands‑on, billable client work while maintaining oversight of client service delivery.
• Support staff development through coaching and performance management.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of tax and accounting professionals, helping to foster a positive, growth‑oriented culture.

• CPA designation required (active and in good standing).
• 10+ years of public accounting or professional tax experience, including review, leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise across individual, business, and entity tax.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and lead a high‑performing team.

This position is based in Lake Oswego, OR, with the option to work from our Beaverton, OR office.
