Target Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Schedule: Hybrid

• Step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in technical accounting.

• Gain visibility across the organization through ownership of close activities and financial reporting.

• Mentor and develop accounting team members while expanding your leadership experience.

• Play a key role in process improvements, internal controls, and accounting operations.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules for accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

• Investigate variances, resolve accounting issues, and recommend process improvements.

• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and oversight to members of the accounting team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger expertise.
