Position: Executive Admin & Travel Coordinator (In-Office)
A leading financial institution in Lake Oswego seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their Consumer & Community Banking team. This role will focus on maintaining complex schedules, managing logistics for meetings and travel, and producing high-quality communications. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative experience, outstanding organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Note that this position requires in-office presence five days a week, with no hybrid work options available.
