Responsibilities

This established Lake Oswego law firm is busier than ever! Join their collaborative team in this Office Manager role that encompasses accounting, billing, and full‑charge bookkeeping.

In this position, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day accounting, process payroll and 401(k) deductions, facilitate health insurance enrollment and renewals, and manage vendor contracts. As the point of contact for the firm’s CPA, you’ll provide them with the year‑end tax information.

You can expect plenty of variety and autonomy in this multi‑faceted role, as well as true partnership with the firm’s managing attorneys.

Your tenured predecessor will remain on staff to provide training through the end of the year. Their mentorship and historical knowledge will set you up for success!

Face‑to‑face interaction and engagement with staff are important elements of this role, so you’ll work in‑office with a flexible schedule.
