- Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features
- Support the Product Owner in ensuring the product meets client expectations while balancing regional needs
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across regions
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
