Based in Portland, we are a growing commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 3 decades. Our current need is for a talented Project Manager who will work on multiple projects simultaneously all while keeping everything safe and on budget.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and bidding on commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects. If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budget requirements
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates
• Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
• Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
• Experience with commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
