• Work on high-tech, advanced facility projects in the semiconductor industry.
• Collaborate with a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

• Develop budget estimates by performing accurate quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, or conceptual data.
• Review and interpret project documents to estimate scope of work.
• Apply unit costs and productivity rates provided by supervisors.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Prepare subcontractor analysis sheets and evaluate change orders.
• Provide expertise across all phases of construction estimating.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

• 3 years of experience in mechanical process piping or MEP estimating within semiconductor construction.
• Strong estimating experience in high-volume commercial construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with On Screen Takeoff and Success Estimating Software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Oswego, OR.
