• Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and handle patient registration.
• Manage co‑pay collections and balance daily/weekly deposits.
• Support front‑office operations and serve as a resource for colleagues.
• Assist with limited coding and charge entry as needed.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a demanding environment, possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills, are self‑directed and take initiative to support both patients and colleagues, and have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient‑centered service.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• A minimum of one year of health care experience or equivalent education in at least one of the following areas preferred: admitting, medical records/health information, applicable clerical support experience, familiarity with medical terminology.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Licensure

BLS certification, preferred.
