Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation at Providence

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual’s functional level and potential.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
• Coursework/Training:
  Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Occupational Therapist License

  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Base pay range: $44.67 – $69.35 with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
