Are you a proven healthcare recruiter or a senior recruiter ready to step into a true player/coach leadership seat? UHC Solutions is hiring a Director of Provider Recruitment, one of our highest-impact leadership roles. This position is built for an experienced recruiter who can lead a team of up to eight Account Executives and Recruiters while also running a personal book of business.
Internally, we call this role a Billing Manager, a leader who owns outcomes, drives execution, and becomes the firm’s “go-to” expert for Primary Care Physician and Advanced Practice (NP/PA) recruitment.

TheOpportunity (Leadership + Production)
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coach a team of up to eight AEs/Recruiters focused on provider recruitment execution and performance.
- Run your own client relationships and searches while elevating delivery standards across the team.
- Serve as the internal subject‑matter leader for PCP and APP recruitment strategy: sourcing, outreach, screening, candidate control, interview prep, offer strategy, and close‑to‑start execution.
- Drive daily accountability: pipeline health, deal progression, submission quality, time‑to‑fill performance, and client satisfaction.
- Help strengthen our recruiting “operating system” through training, best practices, and consistency—ensuring we deliver at a world‑class level.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting Physicians and Advanced Practitioners (Primary Care strongly preferred).
- Experience in permanent placement / direct‑hire recruiting and consultative client delivery.
- A “billing manager” mindset: owns outcomes, sets standards, solves problems, and develops others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with high‑level clients and mission‑driven candidates.
- Comfortable leading performance, coaching, and accountability—while producing personally.
