As Shared Services Manager, you’ll be the lead in invoicing and collecting standardizations, improving plug-and-pull processes, and setting the groundwork for metric-driven performance. You’ll also be responsible for managing a large team of direct and indirect reports nationwide – meaning that you’ll need to have strong change management skills and a solution-driven leadership style.
You’ll need an organized mind and dynamic workstyle in this role, as you’ll focus on company strategy and transformation, while also overseeing operational efficiency and ensuring projects are wrapped appropriately. You’ll also be tasked with oversight of payables/collections/invoices, monitor KPIs and service level agreements, and collaborate with global finance and operations teams.
Success in this role requires efficacious communication and presentation skills for executive level reporting, extensive leadership experience, and strong technical skills. Does this sound like you?
