From $22.00 per hour. Starting wage depends on experience, certification and education.

Core Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents under supervision in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring comfort, independence and dignity.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide care to individuals with Dementia.
- Work every other weekend (minimum).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current, unencumbered license with the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- First Aid, CPR and Food Handlers card valid within 90 days of hire.
