- Responsible for administering or assisting residents to self‑administer medications and treatments.
- Measure vital signs, weight, and remain observant of any problems and report such problems to a supervisor.
- Communicate with physicians, implement physician's orders, report and document pertinent information, and perform other duties as assigned by the health services supervisor.
- Work as the on‑floor supervisor and lead teams on shift.
- Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, or eating.
- Help residents live well with grace and dignity, writing another very important chapter in their life.
- Provide personalized care to treasured residents, ensuring each caregiver assignment is balanced with an excellent staff‑to‑resident ratio.
- Receive all necessary training for new hires and optional ongoing training classes online and in person.
- Overnight differential pay for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am.
