Position: Med-Tech/Caregiver (All Shifts) @ The Springs at Carman Oaks

Medication Technician Duties
  • Responsible for administering or assisting residents to self‑administer medications and treatments.
  • Measure vital signs, weight, and remain observant of any problems and report such problems to a supervisor.
  • Communicate with physicians, implement physician's orders, report and document pertinent information, and perform other duties as assigned by the health services supervisor.
  • Work as the on‑floor supervisor and lead teams on shift.
Caregiver Duties
  • Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, or eating.
  • Help residents live well with grace and dignity, writing another very important chapter in their life.
  • Provide personalized care to treasured residents, ensuring each caregiver assignment is balanced with an excellent staff‑to‑resident ratio.
  • Receive all necessary training for new hires and optional ongoing training classes online and in person.
Overnight Shifts (NOC Shift)
  • Overnight differential pay for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug test.
