• Drive membership sales to each guest who enters the studio.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
• Drive member retention by following daily operation guides, delivering great customer service, and consistent follow‑ups.
• Lead by example by exceeding expectations and supporting the team daily.
• Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager with sales metrics.
• Promote the benefits of practitioner‑assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add‑on sessions, and improving sales skills.

• Sales leaders who can confidently connect with guests and convert them to members after their first session.
• Driven and competitive, holding staff accountable to exceed sales goals.
• Highly organized with exceptional time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Goal‑oriented, responsible for assisting the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.

• Using patented equipment and proprietary protocols, practitioners stabilize and manipulate muscles to improve performance and range of motion.
