AMC is seeking a Project Assistant to provide administrative, document control, and billing support to Project Managers and Superintendents from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative and works collaboratively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications- 2+ years of commercial construction experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Understanding of accounting principles and job cost accounting
. - Knowledge of AIA billing, including G702/G703 forms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with Procore and Sage 300.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain project documents, drawing revisions, and accurate records.
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and subcontractor correspondence.
- Assist with subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Support monthly billing, payment applications, and billing-to-job-cost reconciliation.
