Physical Therapist (PT) / Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a part-time or per diem position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your practice.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and set realistic goals
• Design and deliver a variety of physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and conditioning programs
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed

• Competitive hourly rate: $43-$52/hour
