• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in documenting patient information, medical records, and administrative tasks
• Manage and prioritize phone calls, messages, and requests from patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination
• Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education or certifications a plus)

• Competitive hourly rate of $15 - $20 per hour
