Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Full Time Day Shift

, we are dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) on our full-time day shift team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs monitoring, and reporting changes in condition. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance during challenging times.

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assist with transferring, ambulating, and positioning patients
• Provide basic nursing care, including changing linens, positioning patients, and assisting with feeding
• Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
