• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatment and progress
