Location:

North Lake Care Center, Lake Park, Florida.

$33.50/hr - $36.00/hr

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients  physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patients  responses to care and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Competitive hourly rate of $33.50 - $36
