As a member of our day shift team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing skilled nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Educating residents and their families on disease prevention, self-care techniques, and overall health maintenance

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and update care plans

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
