Warehouse Attendant

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Attendant with a positive attitude to join our team at GrowNScale. The Warehouse Attendant will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and hand tools, and performing various tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who takes initiative, works independently without needing constant direction, and consistently contributes to a positive team environment.

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
• Experienced forklift operator with proficiency in handling heavy freight
• Must be able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (both propane and electric)
• Forklift certification is a strong plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic—takes initiative without waiting for instructions
• Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse materials
• Operate forklifts, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean, maintain, and organize work areas to ensure an orderly warehouse environment
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed to support operations
• Follow supervisor instructions while also taking initiative to identify and complete tasks independently
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe, hazard‑free warehouse environment
• Contribute to team success through proactive support, collaboration, and a positive work ethic
• Complete tasks promptly to maintain operational efficiency and warehouse flow

Position: Warehouse Attendant (1099 Contractor)
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, based on warehouse operations
Location: Boca Raton
