Enhance Therapies, through its Tender Touch Rehab Services brand, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of clinicians who deliver compassionate care and evidence‑based rehabilitation in a skilled nursing environment.

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

• Degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
