• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
