- 36 patient contact hours, Monday through Friday, with schedule flexibility.

Role Purpose / Responsibilities- Manage the medical care of a patient panel, including inpatient hospital care coordination.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the medical record.
- Provide or arrange for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient coverage in alignment with BJC policies.
- Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, and care team members.
- Maintain safety‑sensitive performance, remaining alert and safe at all times.
- Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO).
- Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in Family Medicine.
- Licensed physician.
- Supervisor experience:
None required.
Preferred experience:
2‑5 years in a primary care setting.
