• Manage the medical care of a patient panel, including inpatient hospital care coordination.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the medical record.
• Provide or arrange for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient coverage in alignment with BJC policies.
• Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, and care team members.
• Maintain safety‑sensitive performance, remaining alert and safe at all times.

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO).
• Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in Family Medicine.
• Licensed physician.
• Supervisor experience:
  None required.

Preferred experience:

2‑5 years in a primary care setting.
