The Salon Manager leads in running the salon and creating a fun, engaging experience for customers and a positive experience for team members. This role involves supervising & recruiting staff, marketing efforts, handling customer service, providing stylish haircuts and services, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

• Manage salon staff, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Provide customers with stylish haircuts and services.
• Build positive customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer's concerns.
• Support sales, product offerings, and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
• Oversee inventory management and product restocking.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare daily shifts, based on demand and scheduled appointments.
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and deposits.
• Ensure the salon maintains cleanliness and follows all safety regulations.
• Ensure opening and closing responsibilities are maintained.
• Work at least 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Work at least 2 evening shifts per week (until 8pm).

• Salon management experience.
• Hair Stylist experience.
• Experience working with kids and families.
• MO Cosmetology/Barber license.
