MO-SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake Saint Louis is hiring a Nurse Residency for newly graduated nurses. The residency program is designed to complement your education and support ongoing professional growth. The program connects new graduate nurses across the system with monthly four-hour virtual sessions over twelve months.

• Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 (paid on the first paycheck)

  Full-time
• Schedule Time Options: 7a-7p, 7p-7a

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Eligible to practice as determined by State Board of Nursing
• One year experience or less working as an RN

• Graduate of accredited nursing program or education equivalency for licensing
• For Illinois: official NCLEX results required

• Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider) – American Heart Association

• State-specific licensing requirements apply by location (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin)
