This posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but it is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, with no control or involvement by McDonald’s USA.

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who love a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
