The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant works collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to provide comprehensive patient care within the MA‑C license scope. The role includes performing clinical tasks, coordinating patient care, and offering excellent patient customer service.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
- Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health across diverse backgrounds.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
- Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C) license
- Washington State Medical Assistant Interim Certification accepted for up to one year from issue date or until MA‑C is issued
- Current BLS certification or eligibility for in‑house training
- Minimum 1 year experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility (preferred)
- Applicants in externship or residency programs with an active or pending WA DOH MA‑R certification may be considered within 7 days of hire; WA MA‑C license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
- Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT
- WA state MA‑C license or WA state MA‑R license endorsed by Indigo within the first 30 days of employment
- Current BLS certification or eligibility for in‑house training
- Minimum 1 year experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility (preferred)
- Applicants in externship or residency programs with an active or pending WA DOH MA‑R certification may be considered within 7 days of hire
