Position Summary
Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics across the North Region, based out of the Mill Creek Urgent Care Clinic. Providers work 11‑12 shifts/month with schedules created two months in advance, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations. The role calls for working at the top of the license, leading and mentoring fellow providers, and delivering a ‘wow’ patient experience.
Schedule & Compensation
• 8 am–8 pm, 8‑hour shifts, 11‑12 shifts/month
• Earning potential of $200,000+, market‑leading total rewards and compensation philosophy
• Full‑time, 2‑month advance scheduling with flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations.

The Opportunity
- Clinics open 7 days a week, 8 am–8 pm
- Schedule created 2 months in advance; day‑shift changes may occur by callout
- Required to be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, X‑ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously

Requirements
- Active Washington license in good standing
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (post‑degree) in urgent care (UC), emergency department (ED), or family medicine (FM)
