Vinyl Installer — Vehicle Wraps & Signs

Skyline Sign & Wrap is a four-person sign and vehicle wrap shop in Lake Stevens. We wrap fleets and personal vehicles, and we build and install ACM, Coroplast, banners, window graphics, storefront signage, and trade show displays for businesses across North Puget Sound. You'll work side by side with the owner and our in-house designer, and see your work on the road every day.

No experience? No problem. We've built a written career path for installers: five levels, each with clear skills, evaluations, and pay steps. If you like working with your hands and take pride in clean details, this is a trade, not just a job.

• $18–$25/hour to start, based on experience, with a clear raise path

• Paid, hands‑on training

• A written five‑level installer career and pay path

• Cross‑training in PPF and window tinting

• Paid time off (accrual begins after 90 days) and 6 paid holidays per year

• A small, tight‑knit team where your work is noticed

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional early starts, evenings or Saturdays for fleet jobs.
