As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while enjoying a rewarding and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as directed.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean-living environment.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote an active lifestyle.
• Follow care plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
