We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue through inbound and outbound communication.

• Monday–Friday
• 5 or 8-hour shifts (start time is flexible, but must be available until 5 PM)
• Some Saturdays during the busy season (9 AM – 1 PM)

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
• Commission opportunities (based on sales achieved)

• Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
• Make outbound follow-up calls on estimates and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on canceled customers for customer satisfaction
• Sell services over the phone and meet sales goals
• Respond to all customer emails
• Offer additional or seasonal services
• Maintain accurate customer data and account records
• Process paperwork from the sales and service team

• Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  
  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to learn new software systems (training provided)
• Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus but not required
