Job Description
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with demolition, water mitigation, emergency cleanup, and restoration projects. This is a physically active role that involves working on job sites affected by water damage. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup

• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)

• Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers)

• Load and unload tools and materials

• Maintain clean and safe job sites

• Follow safety procedures and company protocols

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

• Comfortable working in damaged or wet environments

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must be able to pass a background check (if required)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in construction, demolition, or restoration

• IICRC certification or willingness to obtain certification
