One Hope United’s residential care program provides a range of quality services to adolescents in foster care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision for the youth in their residential home
• Train, model, and skill-build for the youth
• Teach the youth skills in daily living, recreational activities, socialization, and independent living
• Empower the youth toward the goals outlined in their Individual Treatment Plans and the OHU Residential Program Plans
• Be trained in the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) approved behavior modification program
• Provide care and treatment to youth that is strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered

• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid out over the course of a year

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21-years-old according to contract requirements
• 1-3 years of human services experience preferred
• Auto Insurance
• Driver's License
• Physical Exam/TB
