- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining modern vehicles

- Perform accurate diagnoses and repairs on customer and internal vehicles
- Flag hours efficiently with quality workmanship
- Work closely with advisors and leadership to maintain strong workflow
- Complete multipoint inspections and recommendations
- Maintain manufacturer and dealership training compliance
- Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Minimum 3–5 years of dealership‑level technician experience (GM preferred but not required)
- Strong diagnostic capability using OEM and modern scan tools
- Ability to perform engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and drivetrain repairs
- Proficient in performing multipoint inspections and recommending services
- Able to efficiently flag hours while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Understanding of warranty repair processes and OEM documentation
- Ability to follow manufacturer TSBs, labor times, and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must be hungry to turn hours and motivated to grow
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work area
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to stay current with GM training and certifications
- High sense of responsibility and pride in work
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Professional appearance and communication
- Customer‑first approach when interacting with service advisors
