Your Responsibilities
• Perform accurate diagnoses and repairs on customer and internal vehicles
• Flag hours efficiently with quality workmanship
• Work closely with advisors and leadership to maintain strong workflow
• Complete multipoint inspections and recommendations
• Maintain manufacturer and dealership training compliance
• Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements Technical Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of dealership‑level technician experience (GM preferred but not required)
• Strong diagnostic capability using OEM and modern scan tools
• Ability to perform engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and drivetrain repairs
• Proficient in performing multipoint inspections and recommending services
• Able to efficiently flag hours while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Understanding of warranty repair processes and OEM documentation
• Ability to follow manufacturer TSBs, labor times, and repair procedures
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
