RBT must implement treatment plans and interventions established by behavior analyst. Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school. Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems. Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior. Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions.
Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects. Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients. Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; recognize and report any abuse.
