Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise RBTs work and complete competency assessments for supervises.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring all relevant medical records and terminology are accurately documented.
Skills
  • Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with patient care protocols, patient assessment methods, and medical documentation standards.
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Ability to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and professionals.
