As a Packager, you will play a critical role in the final stages of product preparation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient assembly, weighing, sealing, and labeling of various cannabis products while maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

• Package concentrates and flower products without degrading or sacrificing quality; determine exact weight and prepare product for packaging.
• Prepare and apply labels to each package; verify that labels conform to state regulations.
• Track product and maintain documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the packaging process.
• Ensure all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance, successfully conforming to state regulations, company standards and procedures, and security protocols.
• Work successfully in a team setting, take instructions well, and help on tasks as delegated by Lead or Manager.
• Review orders and prepare products for packaging; monitor products electronically and enter information into tracking database in accordance with departmental guidelines and state regulations.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participate in the clean‑up of equipment and workplace at the end of every day.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and stay updated with company protocols.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Follow and uphold the company’s core values, including respect, diversity, sustainability, research, and service.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must consent to a criminal background check; employment offers are contingent upon successful completion.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn state‑specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Computer‑savvy, with a knack for quickly mastering new software.
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a heavily regulated environment.

• Work in a dispensary or cultivation environment using computers, telephone, and other office equipment as needed.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, handling routine and recurring tasks.
• Exposure to dirt, fertilizers, dust, odors, fumes, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, plant pathogens, volatile organic compounds, heights, indoor A/C or no A/C, and other environmental variables.
• Requires high scheduling flexibility; may include evening, weekend, and holiday work hours.
• Frequent interruptions; requires strong self‑management and time management skills.

Remains stationary 80% of the time, moves around, and communicates. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Ability to use push/pull manual transport equipment and a ladder up to 12 ft. Requires close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision.
