We are seeking a maintenance technician to join our team in Lake Wales, FL.

Job Summary: The maintenance mechanics are skilled professionals responsible for ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functioning to prevent downtime.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities.

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical motors, conveyors, and gearboxes on industrial equipment.

Interpreting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams for troubleshooting.

Documenting maintenance activities and materials used.

Installing and modifying equipment.

Adjusting sensors, valves, and control components, and setting up lines.

Maintaining automation and control systems.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Knowledge of industrial mechanics and basic electricity.

Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Ability to interpret technical manuals.

Effective communication skills.

Proficiency with mechanical measuring instruments.

Ability to diagnose automation issues.

Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.

Work environment includes plant, warehouse, and production areas.

May require work beyond normal hours.

Ability to tolerate temperature extremes, loud noises.
