The Cultivation Technician will be part of a team producing high quality plants that meet company standards and while following all compliance requirements. This person works with members of cultivation and thrives in a team environment and plays an integral role in the company’s cultivation operation.

• Perform all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including the following areas of production: inventory management, plant breeding, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays.
• Responsible for plant care and maintenance from propagation through flowering stages including, but not limited to; cloning, transplanting, feeding, trellising, flushing, pruning, general canopy work per management instructions.
• With direction from Management, perform crop work and canopy maintenance, as directed
• Work daily to maintain a disease and pest‑free environment
• Ensure daily task list is completed and tracked per management instructions
• Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of all equipment present within the grow area
• Maintain a clean, SAFE and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance as needed
• Ability to stand on concrete floor for up to 8 hours a day
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening
