Overview

Front Desk Coordinator - Lake Worth, FL at The Joint Chiropractic. PART TIME & FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE. Clinic Hours - MON-FRI 10AM-7PM, SAT 10AM-4PM. Compensation - $14.50/hr + BONUS.

You are applying to work with a franchisee of The Joint Corp. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent services to members and patients
  • The Wellness Coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.

  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor
  • Answering phone calls
  • Re-engaging inactive members
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following policies, procedures, and direction
  • Willingness to learn and grow; accepting constructive criticism positively
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients
