GRS Community Management wants you! We’re looking for a Records Request Specialist to help manage HOA and condominium records and keep important requests moving smoothly.

• Process time-sensitive homeowner records requests in accordance with Florida Statutes
• Locate, organize, and manage records in docuware and Share Point
• Track requests, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Assist with electronic and hard-copy records during new association transitions
• Help maintain and update records on homeowner portals

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must have strong computer skills
• Can handle multiple requests and deadlines
• Enjoy solving problems and finding information
• Have experience with docu ware and SharePoint, HOA/condominium, or community association records a plus
