Join Buyers Edge Platform as a Client Growth Specialist. This role drives customer engagement and revenue growth by re‑engaging smaller accounts and unlocking additional value through rebate programs and preferred distributors.

• Proactively call and engage a large portfolio of smaller clients to increase participation and rebate potential.
• Educate customers on program benefits, supplier options, and available rebates.
• Guide customers through portal features to improve adoption.
• Track and report on engagement and growth opportunities.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Source1’s supplier network and rebate programs.
• Provide guidance on optimizing purchasing decisions.
• Identify upsell and cross‑program opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Consistently meet outreach and growth targets.
• Share insights with internal teams.
• Follow structured workflows for high‑quality touchpoints.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Excellent phone and virtual communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Source1’s supplier network.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to explain complex info simply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with high initiative and ownership.
