As a licensed Association Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a thriving community leading operations, strengthening board relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

You will:

• Coordinate and lead all community-related meetings
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board and management company
• Oversee vendor services, contracts, and financial management
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoice processing
• Lead preventative maintenance and capital improvement initiatives
• Guide insurance program coordination
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and state/local regulations
• Maintain accurate community records and online documentation
• Provide emergency planning guidance
• Lead and support on-site team members

• Service-minded and customer-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Word
• Prior CAM experience preferred
• Leadership ability to guide on-site teams
• Bilingual is a plus
