We are seeking an experienced Screed Operator to join our asphalt paving crew. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and adjusting paving machine screeds to ensure smooth, level asphalt placement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Operate and adjust asphalt paving screeds for proper depth, grade, and finish
• Monitor asphalt consistency and ensure a smooth final surface
• Work closely with the paver operator and crew to maintain production and quality
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe worksite

• Previous experience as a screed operator required
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
