• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Complete orientation and training on the job.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers – both verbally and in writing.
• Provide correct written instructions.
• Process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including a walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing – most tasks require standing; walking for short distances.
• Walking – short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Sitting – paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) unloaded by hand truck; cases stacked up to 72" high.
• Carrying – large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each).
• Pushing/Pulling – trays on dollies (24‑30”, 7.5 lb push force).
• Climbing – infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending – forward bending at waist at the pizza assembly station; repeated continuously during the day.
• Crouching/Squatting – occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
• Reaching – up, down, forward, and above 72" to turn on/off oven controls.
• Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination for shaping dough, using a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes.
• Tools & Equipment – use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Basic math skills – quick computation of change.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
