Assistant Manager

Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) is looking for a driven Assistant Manager to join our expanding consumer loan team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers.
  • Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
  • Maintain accurate office cash and follow security protocols.
  • Grow account volume through customer solicitations.
  • Collect on past‑due accounts and minimize delinquency.
  • Track and post all payments and fees in compliance with policy.
  • Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash management.
  • Pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile with liability insurance.

Working Conditions

Office environment providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours 8:30am–5:30pm Monday–Friday with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required as needed.
