Arco Supply, Inc. is looking for a skilled accountant to join our team. With a competitive salary starting at $110,000 - $120,000. As the Controller at Arco Supply, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success - working directly with the company president. Responsible for all daily accounting operations and human resources for a mid-sized business (approx. 25 employees).

Full-time position. Includes full benefits.

• Create and report financial stmts. to the owner on a monthly basis.
• Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Weekly Payroll
• Cut checks daily and send out wire transfers.
• Work with the CPA to report taxes.
• Oversee all insurance policies
• HR Manager.
• Other accounting and support-related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA is a plus.
• Experience in distribution is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

$110,000+ annually
