Job Summary

The Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a valued member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents by providing exceptional nursing care and support. This part‑time position requires working every other weekend, with hours from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• Provide direct supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring high‑quality care is delivered to residents.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor the condition of residents and identify potential concerns.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate the work of certified nursing assistants and other support staff.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding sub‑acute care and rehabilitation services.
